I’m very happy with your work ethic, Lois. We get to experience a Penric story quite often, and very occasionally a Vorkosigan one. And a reread of your previous works is always a joy. Keep on doing what you do. When there’s another collection of Penric tales, I’ll get a signed copy from your local bookshop, as long as you’re still doing that? Regards from Melbourne, Oz, Peter

Glad you're still enjoying my work!
I'm not sure what will happen with further Penric collections. Sales started out well with the first volume, but the second was released May 2020 when all the bookstores were closing for Covid. The few sales figures I've seen for the 3rd volume did not look good. The mass market paperbacks of the first two are out of print, as is the hardcover of the third. It's kinda hard to build sales when there are no copies to sell. So while it's not ruled out, I'm not at all sure Baen could make a fourth collection work well for them. Eh, time will tell.
Ebooks, happily, avoid all these difficult market constraints.

Dear Ms. McMaster-Bujold:
I love the World of the Five Gods, and Paladin of Souls is one of the best books I've ever read. Although it has a very satisfying ending, I love the characters and would love to read more about what happened after. What challenges did Ista face, what was her legacy? What happened with Foix's bear? Did Liss stay, or go back to being a courier?
Is there any hope of more?
Thank you!

I've recently read the Penric series and liked them a lot. Recommended them to my mom, who's also a fan, but reads only in Russian. That's how we discovered that there's no Russian translation for these books. Is the translation (and subsequent Russian edition) happening, or going to happen in the nearest future? And, if there are no plans for Russian yet, may I try to translate the first novella myself?

Just reread Hallowed Hunt cuz you said Inglis had a cameo. Tongue in cheek?
