Where did you get the idea for your most recent book?

B.K. Cavaleri I started writing Remnant Archives after a pregnancy loss. I always could get lost in writing and so that’s what I did to numb the grief and pain. Then I joined Bodi as a health coach and the number one thing you have to do is work on yourself…I never read a self help book in my life ever before! When I started to work on myself I fell in love with the concept of a broken hero…like what if the hero you loved failed. Would you give up on her? That’s how Shadows Lost was born.
