I've looked into the passage you mentioned, and in that scene, Logan and Tierney aren't together when Logan is attacked. It's another man laying in wait who attacks Logan, not Tierney. The explanation of what happened is in a subsequent scene, but the language could have been a bit clearer. I'll see what I can do to further clarify. Thanks again!

After reading the Dukes Most Wanted series, I had hoped the belief that Vivi's brother Percy had drowned when the Marguerite sunk was wrong since his body wasn't recovered. That he would surprise Court & Vivi by coming home and then his story could be told. Is there a possibility that Percy's story could be upcoming, or did he definitely drown?
