There wasn't a particular artist. I believe it's a team that works together. All my communication went through Robynne who would forward my questions/comments to the designers. I think the important thing would be to find covers with designs you like so you can be specific about what you'd like on your own cover. Or in my case, having a rough mockup/sketch you could go off of. Hope this helps! :-)
