Just reading Delphi 19 and noticed in Chapter 2 Chapter 2 Trading places Catie spent her first few days in Bonorva shopping and eating at cafes; she needed to expand her wardrobe, and having lunch and dinner at one of the restaurants in town helped with her acclamation. acclamation /ˌakləˈmāSH(ə)n/ I. noun loud and enthusiastic approval. May have used "acclimatisation" I think?

???Breathing pure O2 at depths as shallow as 12 feet can result in uncontrollable convulsions and drowning. That's why it's never used. Below that, the danger increases proportionately. And an extremely dangerous technical saturation dive of 500 meters would require serious equipment & days in a pressure chamber to recover. By recreational divers - suicide.
