The only reason Amazon gave is that it is "offensive content." They never elaboratge beyond that.
It's kind of weird. Those books were up on Amazon for 10 years and got hundreds of five-star reviews. Clearly, a lot of people didn't find them "offensive."
But one Amazon employee randomly decides your books are "offensive", and they ban all of them.
