I imagine this will be a shock to most people: I don’t really read books. Kind of a drag, I know. Odd for a writer, right? I have a hard time staying in my own head — in my own voice — after I read. I get stuck in the author’s tone, the sound of their writing, and have a difficult time finding my way back to mine. My favorite book I’ve ever read, though? The Prince of Tides.
