How do you get inspired to write?

G.P. Gottlieb I sit at my desk and start working - of course, I count scrolling through Goodreads and checking out books to read, as working! Because I write culinary mysteries, I count reading recipes, baking, and reading other people's books. Playing or listening to music is inspiring, so that's also work. Turns out I'm working most of time!
