Where did you get the idea for your most recent book?

SB Rogue I have sadly known several people who have taken their own lives. Around the time I was 17 I imagined myself in a relationship with a self harmer. This was the seedling that created Sam in ‘The Good Girl.’ I based Jenna off of the life I almost chose for myself. And without giving anything away, the other aspects of the story were born from a need to keep the focus on the right plot.
