Do not be afraid to be yourself and follow your heart. Do not be fearful of tackling difficult topics. Since I recently published the book, people have contacted me while emotional indicating they have wanted to discuss such topics but do not talk about it because of what people will think. To grow we have to leave our fears behind and tear down the walls of our self made prisons. You can do it!
