Goodreads asked Tina S. Transformation:

Where did you get the idea for your most recent book?

Tina S. Transformation "My stories come from the shadows of real life—moments most people would rather forget. The Forgotten Files was born from the dark corners of my time in the criminal justice system, where the line between right and wrong often blurred into nothingness. It started with a question that kept me awake at night: What if the truth we’re told is just a convenient lie?

I’ve seen cases that don’t add up, files that vanish, and tragedies that feel too orchestrated to be accidents. Those lingering doubts—the ones you bury deep because they’re too unsettling to face—became the backbone of this story. Twisting real-life events into dark fiction allows me to dig into the things we fear most: betrayal, corruption, and the terrifying idea that the people we trust might be the ones pulling the strings.

The Forgotten Files isn’t just a story; it’s a descent into the kind of reality we hope doesn’t exist but secretly know does. Every detail is rooted in a truth I’ve seen or heard—only twisted into something far more sinister. After all, the scariest fiction is the kind that might just be real."
