All kinds of reasons. Primarily, it took so long because of a long term contract I made in the 90s with a Hollywood Studio to make a movie based on one of the early books. A movie was never made but they had paid me a lot of money and the contract left them in control of the rights for more than a decade from the point they put it on a shelf. I finally got the rights back in 2011 and started looking for a producing partner who could get it finally done. Here we are.

I am sorry I Myst be late to the game. I have currently get un the Harry series from the beginning as I had read several later novels. Excited to hear that a TV show is in the works. When can we expect it? Is there a title yet? Will we see it here in Canada? Thanks! Exciting news..I had better hurry up and catch up!
