I started writing when I was a child. What inspired me to finish Hot and Tasty is the fact I was now a stay at home mom. I also hated the fact I'm in my late 30's and I haven't progressed professionally. I wanted to work for myself. I finally decided to by writing and publishing my first book. It isn't easy with a toddler, but neither is working for pennies and paying for expensive childcare in NYC.
