Hi! Will the rest of the novels in the Wait For You series have a suspense/thriller element in them?

Jennifer L. Armentrout Nope. Since it's not a romantic suspense series, it wouldn't make sense for all of them to have it. Only Stay With Me and Fall With Me do so far.
