I write! The worst way for me to deal with writer's block is to avoid writing altogether. Even if I'm not working on the actual manuscript, I type ideas and concerns and thoughts into a working document. Simply typing can sometimes get me in the mood, but mostly the working doc is there to help me to unearth the issue that is holding back my forward momentum.
More often than not, the cause of my writer's block is due to me subconsciously believing the story I'm trying to force out. If it doesn't work, change it!
