So sorry it took me so long to respond to this. Some how I missed it.
Yes, actually, TJ's last name is revealed in book 4. It was revealed to me too when an older sister teases TJ on his visit home. Seems teasing is a family trait!

PS, as for the name Ricky, it's not short for anything. Middle name, hmm..I have to think on that…any ideas?
