How are you after writing that story? Was it hard to stay in that mindset to write it?

I am still not sleeping, but it did help me have some closure. I still think I have a long way to go to put all of it behind me...... It was a very hard thing to write especially when I first started, because their was a lot of pain and memories that I had to relive.....
