Hi! I wrote to you some time ago; I absolutely love your writing. I'm very excited for the second book! You've become one of my favorite authors :) I know you said there aren't any plans for a third, but I wanted to ask if you'd ever consider continuing the series, or if this is really the final book. (The cover for The Suffering is absolutely gorgeous! Is that Okiku?) Looking forward to more of your books!

Thank you! :) I think that, given a very good reason, I wouldn't mind expanding the series and see where it goes. That said, I haven't found that 'very good reason' yet - a lot of other factors come into play, the most important of which is further negotiations with my publisher, as we only decided on a duology. I don't want to close the book on future plans, but as of this writing there aren't any.
(The Suffering has a spectacular cover - but it isn't necessarily Okiku there. That should give you some idea of the kind of ghosts in store in the sequel!)

Hey...no more questions.... I just wanted to say I've been reading horror for a lot of years...mostly average, some really bad, but some really, really good.. and I love the way you write. I actually find myself smiling as I read your books...I must look nuts ?! So enjoyable...I will read anything you write. You fall into the really, really good category. That's it, I won't bother you anymore. Have a great career

Hello! So I read The Girl from the Well at the beginning of the month and I think it was absolutely stunning. I just have one question though, how did you come up with such a unique plot? I know that Okiku is based off an old Japanese legend, but what inspired you to write a story about ghosts and Okiku? Thank you very much for your time and I look forward to reading more by you in the future.

Hello! I've pre-ordered "The Shadowglass" and filled out the form. But I didn't get an email of confirmation. Is that normal ? Is there some way to find out if everything went ok ? I could send it again but I don't want to inconvenience you with multiple copies of the same thing. Thanks! P.S. I can't wait to read Kalen's pov!
