Honestly, I don't get writer's block. I have too many ideas and I have too little time. Sometimes if I get stuck in a plot, usually the middle, I talk with writer friends over coffee and that helps get things moving. My problem would be stalling out in the middle of a story for a time to figure out what to do next.
