I read stacks of books and articles, tough to keep up posting them and still get all my other work/dad/husband stuff done. Let's see right now "How to Write and Autobiographical Novel" by Alexander Chee, "Christine" by Stephen King (because I've never read him other than his writing book), and also the prose and poetry of Hanif Abdurraqib.

In "The Scavengers," there was a book that Ford Falcon mentioned reading although I can't remember the name of it. It was something like a boyscout handbook that showed her how to do all kinds of cool things. My question is, what was the name of this book, and is it real or based off of a real book?
