Is the name choice of your characters, Victor in particular, a tribute to Frankenstein? More then once Victor said that he and Eli where playing at being God. And that reminded me of Mary Shelly's character. And if is that so can we think of Eli as Victor's "creature"?

How do you produce varied, yet consistently good imagery? The writing in your books (especially in the shades of magic trilogy) is lovely and I was wondering how you pull this off since I myself, run out of purplish imagery overtime (and then the poetic words I churn out get repetitive). I'm excited for this savage song, thank you for responding :)
