Where did you get the idea for your most recent book?

J.L. Oakley I'm writing another novella for the #LeiCrimeKW mystery/police procedural series. Coconut Island was inspired by the stories I heard about the 1946 tsunami that wiped out Hilo, HI and an officer's club on the island of the same title name. I plan to launch it in October.
