Where did you get the idea for your most recent book?

Michael Kerr The Humor Advantage was born out of my travels to inspiring companies around the globe and my fifteen years of work as a speaker on workplace culture. As a "recovering government manager" who worked in a soul-sucking, fun-sucking, Dilbert-like work environment, I decided to make it my life's mission to talk about how work doesn't have to drain your soul and how yes, it really can and should be fun!
