What tools do you use for writing? Do you write longhand in notebooks, or do you prefer using a laptop/iPad or something else?

At the moment most of my writing is done on an iPad. It is perfect for writing on my commute. If I have to do any big structural changes I use my laptop. I have been known to write longhand if stuck in meetings... but don't tell my boss!
