I haven't really had writer's block too badly. It's when I've finished an edit and I'm facing another that I feel stuck, or crazy, or both. I've realised that at that point I have to leave the novel for a few months - even though it's when I'm feeling most impatient - and come back to it with fresh eyes. It always helps.
