How would you go about fixing the huge technical error in "Twinkle, Twinkle, Collapsar"? What error? You can't have a "stationary orbit" around a planet or moon that's tide locked. The closest to such is to park the spacecraft in one of the Lagrange points, which for a planet and the star it orbits would all be too far away to provide quick access to and protection for any place on the planet.
