Could you find out when The United & The Divided (Tooth & Claw, #3) will be out in AUDIO? I've bought the first two but want to start only when I have the complete trilogy in hand.

The blog for 'Where There's Smoke' it says that it has been "lightly revised". What kind of revisions have been done and are they worth getting the revised version?
