I wake up!
No, seriously. I don't get inspired to write, I just do it. It's like eating and breathing. Nothing inspires me to breathe in and out, just like nothing inspires me to get a pen in my hand or my fingertips on the keyboard. I get up, do whatever needs to be done that morning, then I write. Then I forget to have lunch because I'm writing, and I just keep going until l'm about to pass out from lack of sustenance or I get distracted by Twitter.
