I have just finished reading 'Defiant unto Death.' Brilliant if I may say so. Just wondering if there will be a third book in the 'Master of War' series? I certainly hope so. The Middle Ages is one of my favourite periods in history. Regards, Shirley Coughlin.

That's very kind of you to say so. The third book - Gate of the Dead - is going to be published in February 2016. I have also just agreed to write another two books with Thomas Blackstone.

Hi David, I was very impressed with the Englishman especially the scenes from the Mali war as well as the Russian penal colony. Such a level of realism and scenes are unusual for a book in English. May I know did you carry out the research for this as such information are not easily available in English language?

I've almost finished the first book in the Master of War series and I just wanted to tell you how utterly fantastic I think it is. I have books 2 &3 already waiting. Keep doing what you do so well.
