How do you deal with writer’s block?

Gamal Hennessy I write using a variation of a screenwriter's method. That means I have a detailed outline for each action/ reaction in each chapter. I don't really experience writer's block because I know where I'm going every time I sit down to write. If I get stuck on a word or a particular phrase that isn't coming to me, I just make a note of it and keep going. I can always clean up unformed ideas in the editing stage.
