Where did you get the idea for your most recent book?

Mark Hudson My novella A Deep Purple Hue, written almost a year ago, may become reality; I see it in the news, I am a news and politics junkie. My current work in progress will have a lot of current news in it as well. I just see how good people can go a little crazy in our current times, and I wanted a hero to deal with all of it in a swift, final way.
