Oooo...I'm sure I'll make people mad with my answer, but I don't believe in writer's block. I'm at work on half a dozen manuscripts at a time - short story, novel, revision, blog entry, I write first drafts of some of my novels on my blog where I leave them open for critique and suggestion.
