Inspiration is the easiest part for me. Completion is the hardest.
I draw ideas from the world around me and I jot down nearly anything that pops into my head, even if I have no clue what I might do with it. Over time, some of those ideas grow into something more, and with some tending blossom into full-fledged story outlines, which I can then use to begin writing.
