I too am a Christian, and I insert a Bible passage when I have one that I have that reflects in the story I'm writing. SIX MONTHS..."A time to live, and a time to die." The Angel/Amish trilogy ...entertaining angels when we're unaware of them. The Bible is full of wisdom and beautiful language. I am inspired by it. Also, because I have characters who die in my books, I try never to leave a reader without hope, and the Bible always fills me with hope.

How do you stay inspired while writing? I want to be an author, but everytime I start a project, I get bored of it and stop writing. I just feel like the story took a horrible turn and it just drags on.. Also, when you're writing do you start from the beginning or do you start with one specific event and then build from there and figure out the details with how it starts and builds up to that point?
