If you had to set another cooking challenge for yourself, other than cooking a dish from every country, what would you do?

Sasha Martin Great question, Kayla! I am really intrigued by international food so that was definitely the right choice for me at the time. I've since started cooking from books I read with my daughter (this past spring we read four Mary Poppins books and made Victoria Sponge because Poppins loves sponge). I hope to do more of this. :)
