With the self-publishing era in full swing, the traditional barriers to becoming a published author have been removed. That is both good and bad. If you choose to self-publish, hire a very good editor. He/She can help you see things you would have missed on your own. Also, marketing is by far the hardest bit of the whole affair and it ends up taking a lot of time, but remember to keep writing, no matter how busy you get. Most writers need a catalog of books to make a decent living.

Hi Xander. Do you have any other books scheduled for release? I absolutely loved Prison of Souls, mostly because I love sci-fi books that read like a riddle, where the reader has to solve a puzzle to figure out what is happening. I've never read a book so intricately plotted.
