I've recently discovered your books and have been thoroughly devouring them ever since :) I just finished Darksoul Part 1 (and loved it!), so I immediately went to your website to check on the progress of the next book, but I was confused because it said you were working on the first book still...is that mislabeled (and really #2) or are you revising/expanding the first one that is currently available here?

Lexi Ander Hey, Shinynickel! I'm freakin' tickled to hear you loved Darksoul.Yes, I am working on the second part of Darksoul. What I am doing is publishing both Part One and Part Two in one book and that is why the meter just says Darksoul. The title upon completion will be "Darksoul: The Complete Novel".The reason why I am publishing the two parts in one novel is because I need to put the last chapter of Part One further back in the story. I feel Gabe's acceptance so quickly after his freak-out is much too soon. Plus, there are some minor things that I need to add to Part One that would support a second (different couple) story that I want to write after Darksoul. What I will do is keep the sections in the two parts so that those who have already read Darksoul: Part One can skip directly to Part Two without needing to reread or to search for where the new content starts. At this time, I'm on schedule to have the complete novel out on the market at the end of December. I'm shooting for Christmas time but it will depend on how well the editing goes. I hope this answers your questions and isn't too confusing. ^_^
