Hello! I know these are really unrelated, random, and out-of-nowhere questions but... 1)Do you ever watch anime? 2) When you were back in school, what was your favorite and least favorite subjects? What were your electives? 3) What's your favorite genre? (For books, movies, so on...) 4) How did you meet your husband? (Sorry if this is a bit personal and weird, I'm just naturally curious about those things...)

Ha--that definitely is an eclectic collection of questions. But here goes:
1) Sadly, not really. Everyone keeps telling me I need to--and from the little I've seen, I totally understand why everyone loves it. But I've been so buried with writing deadlines that I don't have time to watch much tv. Or read as much as I like. Or sleep.
2) My favorite subject in school was always art. And my least favorite subject changed every year, depending on the teacher. Some teachers had ways of making me love the subjects I usually struggled with.
3) Favorite genre: Science fiction/Fantasy
4) Well, I do actually try not to put too much personal information out there--especially when it also is personal information for someone else (like my husband). So all I'll say is we were introduced by a mutual friend.

Hi, me and my friends have recently started to read your Keepers of the Lost Cities books and we love them! I went on your web site and saw that you’re going on a tour for the sires and was really excited. We live in Orlando FL so when we saw you were not coming to Florida we were disappointed. I just read it may be easier to ask a question here than Tumblr! (So you don't have to answer mine if you get to it months from now!) So are registry pendants all white/clear since colored crystals leap to other areas (ex. Blue-forbidden cities, green-ogre cities)?
