Where did you get the idea for your most recent book?

Don Clements I have been working 15 years as a trainer/coach for churches starting to search for a new pastor. When I retired from the Navy I had interviewed with 24 different committes. So I think I have sufficient background and experience to be so brash as to write a book about the topic. I have written and/or published 8 other books about doctrine, the christian life, and practical ecclesiology.
