Isaac Marion:
Thank you for writing my (and many others') favourite book, Warm Bodies. I was just wondering if you've been working on anything else lately?
Isaac Marion
Well, I've been working on two sequels to it: The Burning World and The Living. And despite having declared them "finished" several months ago, I'm still working on them! Books are like TV characters: they're not really done until you see a body and a funeral, and maybe not even then. I'll be editing The Living throughout 2016, but The Burning World is very very close to done. I'm currently waiting for notes from my editor and then I'll be tackling my final draft. And then I'll be turning it in to the copyeditors, and then doing another final draft. And then another. And then drinking a lot.

Isaac Marion:
Hello Sir, I find your books quite exciting and funny. Hope the next book of 'Warm Bodies' is coming out soon. Also, I find your writing a bit similar to John Green, I read his books before yours. Are you going to write something other than zombies? I love your books but I'd love even more to read something normal. I was never a zombie fan, nor am I now but 'R' has become my favourite protoganist.

Isaac Marion:
Hello Isaac. I am a huge fan of Warm Bodies and I love that you used zombies to investigate some really deep, meaningful themes about apathy and opening yourself up to feeling. To me, the book was a somewhat indirect discussion of mental illness, anxiety in particular. Did you want to investigate anxiety through your writing? Do you think that the unfeeling world R lives in is a reality that we also live in?

Goodreads tells me The Living is coming out in 2017. Is Goodreads lying or is that in the realm of possibility? I assumed for a while that the two books would come out closely together because of how they were written so I'm curious how the process of splitting and then publishing them has been for you.
