I come up with my stories by . . . I don't really know! I love taking a fairy tale and turning it into my own story. I also love taking characters I've already created and giving them their own story, paralleling a familiar fairy tale, but I don't know how to explain how I come up with them. The stories gradually form and morph and change as I mull them over in my mind. I don't usually remember how they came about, really.

Hi Melanie! My friend let me borrow "The Princess Spy" and it was amazing. I was wondering if you are planning on writing more about Colin and Margaretha, and if they will get another book about their futures?
