I'll do even better than that - here's my one-sentence horror story:
I woke early, the rosy-fingered dawn calling me, only to discover a one-eyed cruel-fingered poison-whispering ogre had tromped through the house while I slept, and robbed me: no coffee, no chocolate, no books.
I'm being facetious, obviously, but then horror is not really my thing. The world provides us with plenty of horror without my help . . . .
