How do you get inspired to write?

Alyson Martin I'm not one of those people that needs to be inspired in order to write. Writing is something that I love to do; it's also my livelihood. So I get up and work (write) even when I don't feel like it, because that's what I'd do if I worked in any other field.

I do find many writers inspiring. And I often find inspiration from the longform stories I read on the weekend. Lately, I've also been very inspired by graphic novels and how the best ones are so well-structured.
