When is the release date for Rain Down on me?

Mandy M. Roth Sorry for the delayed response. I just spotted the questions in my dashboard.

I was unhappy with the final product and decided to delay the release until the book is where I want it to be. I tend to be overly critical of my work, but it didn't feel "ready" yet.

Can you give me a reading order for all your Immortal Ops series? I started with Act of Mercy. Then I bought the 4 book set of Immortal Ops. But I think these series can be read mixed. I was going to go by publishing date but you have a lot of books to go through. Thanks for any help. By the way I love them all so far.
