Leigh Perry Moira, sorry for the delay. I somehow missed this.

Unfortunately, the answer is, "I'm not sure." I am writing a new Sid book -- tentatively titled THE SKELETON PAINTS A PICTURE, with Georgia teaching at an art school -- but my publisher has dropped me. So once I get a good chunk of this book done, my agent will be looking for a new publisher. If nobody bites, three may be in for the series.

So... Finger bones crossed!

I have a two foot tall skeleton named Sid perched on my bookcase next to my mysteries, and we are both eagerly awaiting book four! The Family Skeleton series is by far one of my favorite series. Will you be able to tell us when you get a new publisher?

Hi, I just started this series. I so enjoyed this first book. Sid is hilarious and it's so nice to have a skeleton instead of a ghost as the character. I like how Sid meets Georgia at six years old and although it's not mentioned in that book, it makes me feel that he could rescue her when he couldn't rescue his little sister which made him "live" again. Did you want to keep it "light" not bringing this up? Pam
