I heard a rumor that Showtime bought the rights to turn your book into a cable network show. Can you elaborate yet if this is true, or is Reese Whiterspoon grabbing the film rights already? Caroline Kepnes You heard correctly, Charries! YOU is in development at Showtime. We'll see what happens this year. I love Showtime--The Affair and Shameless are two of my favorites--so this is so exciting. And I'll keep you posted!

Thanks so much for sharing the book with your students. I enjoyed studying psychology (especially abnormal psychology, of course) and I love to read psychological thrillers that leave a lasting imprint. Say hello to your students for me! And check out Don't You Cry by Mary Kubica when it comes out this spring. I finished it this weekend and you really come away from it thinking about background, childhood. I'm always interested in the stories we tell ourselves about ourselves, and Mary is wonderful at exploring those stories in her work.
