To answer your question, I have heard people say good things about writer's workshops from Faber Academy (http://www.faberacademy.co.uk/), which might be a good place to find some like-minded writers, seeking support, as well and learning more about the writing process. I had a good experience with Gotham's Writer's Workshops (https://www.writingclasses.com/). You might also find a creative writing/publishing group in your area, which would bring you together with other writers and you could bounce ideas around, or hear about their experiences in this area.
