(I keep bumping into the character limit!) After finishing The Hallowed Hunt, which I thoroughly enjoyed, I couldn't help but wonder how Ingrey and Ijada got along. Wencel had, at one point, offered to teach Ingrey if he'd but come visit him at his home, where he kept his library. Novel events went quite differently, of course. Is that knowledge something Ingrey and Ijada will ever find?

Good question; I 'd have to write a story to learn the answer. It is among other things unknown how much Horseriver was lying about that library, using it to explain his knowledge actually acquired by living through his times. It's also unknown if he left whatever he possessed behind, or destroyed it, although the progression of the story suggests the former. I'd think the Temple would be first in line to seize anything interesting, posthumously. I. & I. might get to see it later...

My reading friends frequently have lively debates about the elements that create a literary world that feels as if it really exists. In my reading experience only ten per cent of the books I have read possessed those vivid qualities. As both a reader and writer of such books, what element(s) do you feel coalesce to create a living breathing world? So far our debates though long and loud have come to no conclusions.

Last summer in your blog, you said you would let us know when/if a date was available for the audio version of "The Orphans of Raspay" - so much anxiety from 2 little letters. It has been over 6 months. Any chance you can at least erase the "if" and let the torrents of hope and anticipation resume? I love Grover Gardner's reading of your work. Please let us know it will continue.
