Simon Alexander Collier
The main inspiration for the 2nd Milligan adventure, "Milligan and the Reluctant Shogun", was the character of Yoshinobu Tokugawa, particularly as he is depicted in Royotaro Shiba's "The Last Shogun". What a (real) character!
