At the risk of pissing off my fellow writers... there's no such thing as writer's block. A writer can write. It's what is ingrained in them. Sure, there are times that I struggle with an idea, or an element of a story, so I'll walk away, go and do something else, and come back to it.
I was once quoted as saying "writer's block is a luxury for the lazy..." and I stand by that. If you were a plumber you wouldn't say to your client you couldn't do your job because you have 'plumber's block'.
